Make Most Out of Your Lockdown

The current situation in India and all around the world has brought a sense of loneliness and has driven people into a state of not being able to decide what to do at this time when all of us are sitting in our homes. In this post, I’ve put out some amazing things you can do staying home during this lockdown.

Make most out of your Lockdown...

  1. Regulate your sleeping habits.
During this lockdown period, most of us may have completely messed up with our body clock by not keeping in par with a fixed sleeping and waking time. You may have been awake till late night, which may become a habit that causes a lot of agony getting up early after this lockdown ends. Also if you are not getting enough sleep you may face serious physical and mental health issues.

  1. Train your brain.
It is well said that your brain is the most powerful weapon in the universe. You can harness and get a greater control over this superpower by training your brain regularly. You can do this in various ways. I’ve listed a few of them for you:
  1. Try to make harder choices.
Eg. instead of searching on google, try using a dictionary or an encyclopaedia

  1. Solve puzzles
Eg. Rubik’s cube, Crosswords, Sudoku, Jigsaw puzzle, etc.

  1. Play Strategic board games.
Eg. Chess, Carrom, etc.

  1. Train your body.
You can start with some light cardio exercises and then you may step-up for weight training if you wish to. For weight training, you can use dumb bells. Now don't go out looking for low cost dumb bells, we do have an alternative for that. You can use something called a pseudo dumb bell, which you can make at home for free. Here’s how:
  1. Take a schoolbag.
  2. Take some heavy books
  3. Put those books into the schoolbag
  4. Your pseudo dumb bell is now ready to be used.

  1. Read a book.
Fiction or nonfiction, reading a book has always been the best way to pass your time while gaining knowledge and perspective at the same time. If you can not get hands on a paperback book, then ebooks are your number one go to. You can now find an ebook version of almost all well known authors on platforms like amazon kindle and google play books. Some of the books which I recommend are:
  1. Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yoganand
Genre: religion and spirituality.

  1. The Rudest book Ever by Shwetabh Gangwar
Genre: Philosophy and self help

  1. Girl in room 105 by Chetan Bhagat
Genre: Mystery, Thriller

  1. Learn a new skill.
Learning a high income skill can bring in a huge positive impact on your portfolio as a freelancer. It can also get you up to a whole new position in your career by earning you a promotion in your job or scalability in your entrepreneurial journey. You can learn designing, coding, copywriting, marketing or sales or any other high income skill from online platforms like YouTube. Also curated courses are available on paid platforms like skillshare, udemy, etc.

  1. Start listening to a podcast.
Podcasts are soon going to take over the content creation space in India. Podcasts are audios wherein two successful people talk about a topic. There are podcasts in almost every single niche. Also the FMS podcast is coming soon, so stay tuned for that.

Make money online while you sleep

How to make money online while you sleep |

Passive Income generation made Simple

a blog by FMS

The potential to transform your life

by revolutionizing your finances in the

long term...

Whether you're looking to make some fast cash, or you're after long-term, more sustainable income-producing results, if you're looking for realistic ways you can start earning money online now, then it really truly does boil down to seven paths you can take towards profit. Some will provide you with immediate results. Read alongside to know more...

Here are ways through which you can have the money flowing into your pockets:

1. Leverage the app economy

If you're looking to address some immediate financial needs, then the app economy is likely right for you.
Postmates: You don't even need a car in some locations to make money with this app. In some major metropolitan areas like Manhattan, a bike would suffice.
iBotta: Earn cash back rewards by purchasing featured products at major retailers. All you have to do is add rebates, go shopping, then snap a photo of your receipt to earn your cashback. Simple and effective.
Task RabbitAnother simple and straightforward app for making a bit of side-hustle income is the Task Rabbit app. Tasks can be anything from simple repairs to more exhaustive undertakings. The app carefully vets each service provider to ensure the highest quality, and it's a great way to make some extra income on the side on your own terms.
Ebates: This app offers a simple way to make money online by buying whatever you're already buying and then getting a cash-back reward. With eBates, there is no scanning receipts. Simply click a link in the app and buy it from the store. You'll automatically be credited with your cash rewards upon purchase along with receiving an email confirmation.
SwagbucksWith Swagbucks, there are a number of ways you can make money. You can shop online, watch videos, answer surveys and surf the web. The app gives you both cashback and gift cards as a reward for your efforts.
Inbox Dollars: Another app you can use to make money online is Inbox Dollars, which pays you for watching television, taking surveys and shopping. There are cash offers here and it's relatively similar to some of the other apps in this arena.

2. Use existing websites

You could also opt to use existing websites for making money. These include both active income and passive income methods. For example, you could sell some used items or invest in creating some digital designs that then can be sold on merchandise. Again, devote a sizable portion of your time to passive income so that you can slowly build up earnings that will arrive on autopilot without any extra added effort.
Of course, a large portion of these sites do have their own respective apps. But these are certainly less involved in the gig economy, and more so in the longer-term projects that exist in the fields of photography, online marketing, graphic design and web development, for example.
Craigslist: This site has been the go-to resource for over a decade now for people that are looking to make a bit of extra money online. You can easily sell your used stuff, rent out a spare room in your home or apartment, and offer up your services to the world.
Upwork: This website offers a great marketplace for selling just about any professional service. You don't need a merchant account, a website of your own or anything else for that matter. All you need to do is be able to provide a high-quality service at a reasonable price. But be informed, you will have to compete with many others that are constantly bidding on open jobs.
Cafe Press: This website allows you to create digital designs that can then be sold on the platform. You'll earn a commission for everything that sells and you'll never have to deal with logistics like printing, warehousing and customer service. If you have some graphic design skills, then this is a great potential source for your web-based income.
Fiverr: Israeli-based Fivver was started in 2010 by Shal Wininger and Micha Kaufam. You can offer gigs as low as $5 but also get paid much more for upgrades and add-ons.
Mechanical Turk: Amazon's Mechanical Turk is a resource for doing human-intelligence tasks, or as the site commonly refers to them, HITs. You get paid a very small fee for any given HIT and you'll need a good deal of volume to make a substantial amount of money. But it is a resource you can use in your spare time to generate a small income online.
Flippa: If you have a penchant for buying and selling, you could use Flippa, and its higher-end counterpart, Deal Flow Brokerage to buy and sell websites for a profit. You'll need to know what you're doing here, but you could easily make a sizable income by flipping income-generating websites for profit.
Etsy: While Etsy's popularity has declined recently, it's still a great resource for selling handmade items online. No need for complex ecommerce sites or merchant accounts or any sort of automation. The company takes a commission of every sale and charges a small listing fee per item. But many still use Etsy as their primary source of income. The best part is that you can also sell digital products such as poster designs.
Shutterstock and iStockPhoto: Have a keen eye for photography? Why not sell photos on some of the leading photography sites. You'll need some design software skills to tag along. But if you do have skill in this arena, it's a great potential source for passive income.
Threadless: Similar to CafePress, Chicago-based Threadless also allows you to sell digital designs in the form of t-shirts and other merchandise such as phone cases, mugs, beach towels and so on.
Zazzle: Another great resource for selling online is to use Robert Beaver's Zazzle. The site is somewhat similar to Etsy and virtually anyone can make money online selling a variety of items here. From art to handmade items and customizable products, you can pretty much sell anything here

3. Sell your own stuff

If you're ready to enter the ecommerce fray, you could sell your own stuff. Of course, along with selling your own stuff on your own website comes a whole slew of both responsibilities and technical configuration and requirements. For starters, you'll need a website and a hosting account. You'll also need a merchant account like ones offered by Stripe or PayPal. Then you'll need to design that site, build a sales funnel, create a lead magnet and do some email marketing.
You'll also need ecommerce software, fulfillment software, worry about warehousing, customer service and refunds. But that's not all. You'll also need traffic. Think search engine optimization, Facebook ads, and other social media campaigns. It is hard work, especially on your own. You could opt for Amazon's platform, which might be an easier route. But, then again, at the end of the day, this is a serious business, which could produce significant profits. So you're either all in or you're not.
Shopify: Want to build your own storefront? You could opt to create a Shopify store. You could also install WooCommerce as a plugin and run your ecommerce store from your blog. You'll need an SSL certificate and a way to process payments, but you might find this easier to get up and running fast to start selling immediately.
Fulfilled-by-Amazon (FBA): You could start selling on the largest online store in the world and not spend the time to build out your own infrastructure or worry about traffic. You will need to pay a commission, but most of the other processes will be automated for you.
Drop-shipping: Amazon offers one form of drop-shipping, but there are other resources for drop-shipping products that you'll never actually have to see or handle yourself. You'll simply need to close the sale. Providers like SaleHoo, Worldwide Brands, and many others, offer you a resource for drop-shipping your products.
High-ticket consulting or coaching: You could sell your own high-ticket consulting or coaching products from your website. You'll still need a website, merchant account, sales funnel, lead magnet and many other items. But you can easily earn a substantial amount of money from each individual customer, making it well worth the arduous setup required.

4. Sell as an affiliate

There are loads of resources for making money online as an affiliate. You could source products from ClickBank, Commission Junction, Rakuten Marketing, Share-a-Sale, Impact Radius and many others. Plus, many of the larger companies have their own affiliate programs as well. Do your due diligence and find the right company with a relevant product or service to your audience that you can sell as an affiliate.
In some cases, you will need an active website with substantial traffic to get approved. Selling as an affiliate isn't easy by any means, but if you do have the audience, it can definitely amount to a substantial amount of income.

5. Start a blog

If you're serious about making money online, start a blog. Blogging is one of the easiest and most sustainable income sources. As long as the blog is setup the right way, in the right niche, with the right content targeted at the right audience, and the offer is complementary to the content, you could make a tremendous amount of passive income from a blog.
While some might think that starting a blog is an arduous effort, when you understand the precise steps you need to take, it becomes far easier. It all starts in the decision of choosing a profitable niche and picking the right domain name. From there, you need to build your offers. You can easily sell things like mini-email courses, training sessions and ebooks.

6. Email marketing

If you're interested in online marketing, setup email software and create a lead magnet that you can use in your sales funnel. Then, build up that list. It's often said that you can expect to earn about $1 per subscriber per month. If you have a list of 10,000 subscribers, that means you can earn roughly around $10,000 per month. You will need to deliver value and not pitch them on every email, but it is a very achievable goal in a short period.
There are many ways to get people onto your list. Lead magnets are one such resource. For example, you can build ebooks, checklists and cheat sheets. But you can also do content upgrades, such as PDF versions of an article with added resources in them, four-part video training series, and more. Think about your audience and what you can offer them to better serve them, then treat them with some respect and you'll eventually reap the rewards.

7. Webinars training

Webinars are quite possibly one of the most potent ways you can make an exorbitant amount of money online. You'll need an audience to train and you'll need to know what you're talking about. Of course, this usually requires having a website and some semblance of an online presence. However, people can still do webinars without all of that. For example, you might have a sizable social media following and you train them every week on something to do with social media. But you will need a product to embed and sell at some point. Don't worry about it in the beginning. In my experience, the best webinar platform out there is GoToWebinar
No matter what method you choose to make money online, understand that you might be able to make some money fast, but for the sizable returns, you'll need significant sweat equity. However, a year from now, you'll be happy you started today. Remember, time is far more valuable than money. Focus on creating passive income streams that will free up your time so that you can quit the rat race and focus on the things that matter.

That is it for today. The next blog post will be out soon!

PUBG Mobile: How to Win Every Time!

Hey Guys! Here's a post about PUBG Mobile!

PUBG Mobile tips and tricks: How to survive and win a battle Every Time!

The first thing you should know is that PUBG is all about surviving until the bitter end in a 100-person free-for-all or as a team by any means necessary. Yet whether you’re the kind of player that likes to grab the best weapons you can find and go all guns blazing, or you opt for a more stealthy approach, there are some gameplay basics that apply to everyone that enters the battlefield.

Choose where to land very carefully

A game of PUBG can last as long as half an hour or, if things go horribly wrong, it can all be over in a few seconds. One surefire way of exiting early is by misjudging your initial landing spot, which is why it’s first on our list of PUBG Mobile tips and tricks.
As a general rule of thumb, you want to aim for the best loot spots in the game map you’re playing on, while also avoiding as many other players as possible. There are some particular areas that regularly spawn the best weapons and armor such as the military base, power plant, or the various major towns in the original map Erangel, but bare in mind that other seasoned players will be heading there too.
Likewise, don’t just aimlessly drift once you’re in freefall—pinpoint a safe enough area, preferably with buildings so you can grab some loot, and push forward to speed your way there. Buildings will show up as white blocks on the mini map, so make sure you’re heading in the right direction.Once you’ve jumped out of the cargo plane, keep an eye out for swarms of other players heading to a single location and avoid those areas like the plague.
If you can’t see one you can always open your parachute early and coast over to a decent landing zone. Just be aware that every second you spend in the sky is a second your opponents will be using to scoop up loot.

Loot first, shoot later

Let me re-emphasize this one last time—if you die in PUBG you are dead. In solo play, there are no second chances, and in squads you’ll be putting your team’s chances of victory at risk if you keep getting downed early.
Once you hit the floor, your first priority is gearing up so you don’t get clipped in any initial skirmishes. You’ll find crucial loot scattered around in buildings and supply crate drops. The latter contain the most sought-after weapons like the insanely powerful AWM sniper rifle but remember you won’t be the only one hoping to grab the spoils.
pubg mobile tips supply drop
Make sure to share the spoils in a supply drop if you’re in a squad.
The most important loot in the early stages is a half-decent weapons, ammo, and some reasonable armor, as well as a backpack upgrade (up to level 3) so you have room for better gear as you start exploring. Any gun is better than your fists or even the legendary PUBG frying pan, so grab any nearby firearms before engaging a foe.
Armor is also crucial so you can take more hits in a firefight. Like the backpack, head and body armor is graded from level 1 to 3, but level 3 armor is fairly rare. Aim for level 2 armor before picking a scrap, or level 1 at a bare minimum.
Health items are also a priority. First aid kits are preferable, but bandages, painkillers, and the like will all help in a pinch. Thrown items like grenades will become more important later on as an offensive or distraction tool once the player count has diminished, but don’t be afraid to throw an explosive surprise if you come across an unsuspecting group early on.

Only shoot when you’re in range

This is the ultimate rookie error and it’ll get you killed more than anything else in PUBG Mobile. Deciding when to hide and when to attack is a tricky balancing act, but you should never ever open fire unless you know your weapon has a chance of hitting the target.
While knowing when you’re in range will take some practice for complete newcomers, if you have any experience with PvP shooters you’ll already have a fair understanding of the basics. Shotguns (especially the awesome S12K) and SMGs are useful for up-close burst damage, assault rifles and pistols are good for mid-range fights, and sniper rifles are perfect for long distance pot shots.
Shotguns and SMGs are useful for up-close burst damage, assault rifles and pistols are good for mid-range fights, and sniper rifles are perfect for long distance pot shots.
If you’re shooting at a distant enemy with, say, the otherwise fairly strong Tommy Gun, all you’re doing is giving away your position which is a fatal mistake.
pubg mobile tips aiming
See that tiny outline of a person? No? Then don’t pull the trigger.
Attachments can extend the range of some weapons—assault rifles with scopes can sometimes be better than sniper rifles—but some guns are only useful in specific circumstances. Shotguns, for example, are a great tool for clearing out a building but are practically useless out in the open fields.
Where possible, try to keep complementary weapons on hand and don’t carry two weapons that fulfill the same purpose.

Keep an eye on the map

It’ll take a fair few games to learn the layout of certain areas of the PUBG map, let alone the whole thing. While you’re getting used to the landscape, make sure you’re paying attention to the mini map and keeping an eye on the diminishing play area.
In PUBG, the only safe area lies within “The Circle”. This circle will begin to shrink at select times during the match and if you find yourself outside of it for too long, you’ll eventually die.
The damage you take in this electrified blue field will increase as the circle shrinks. Early on you’ll be fine for a few minutes, while in the very final stage you won’t last more than ten seconds.

Time to move.
Each new circle will show on your map as a white outline, so if you watch your map you’ll always know where to go next. There’s no need to rush in the early phases, but towards the end you’ll need to get moving to avoid death while also trying to steer clear of other players who will be doing the same thing. You should always be trying to remain in cover where possible, but if you do need to move, move quickly and with purpose.
The mini map also has one final trick up its sleeve that you absolutely need to look out for—a fire indicator. If you hear gunfire in your vicinity, have a quick glance at the map and it’ll show exactly where it’s coming from.
pubg mobile tips vehicle
You can lean out of vehicles from the passenger seat for some spicy drive-bys.

Wheels are better than legs

Need to get somewhere fast? Then you need a vehicle, my friend.
Vehicles are littered all around each of the game’s maps but you’ll find them most commonly near the larger cities and on the main roads.
Unfortunately, while there are plenty of vehicles to go around, there’s also up to 99 other players potentially looking to get behind the wheel too, so be sure it’s safe before approaching.

Communicate with your squadmates

PUBG can be very lonely when you’re squatting in a field somewhere all alone, just waiting for a chance to strike. That all changes in duo or group play where strategic play and constant communication are key to victory.

Know your maps

While most of PUBG Mobile’s maps are more than familiar to fans of PUBG, it’s important to learn weapon and item spawns in each map in order to maximize your chances of winning. This will not only influence your landing spot, but also where you should move as the match progresses.
Knowing your maps is even more important now that Miramar, Sanhok, and the newly added snow map Vikendi have all been added to the game. In the case of Vikendi, the map features a few extras like snow mobiles.
You’ll learn the best hiding spots as you play, but you can learn faster by limiting the maps in the pool by unselecting them before starting a match. Do this and you’ll be an expert in no time at all.

Make use of apps that help you boost your gaming output:

Play on an emulator
It might sound like cheating, but there is an official PUBG Mobile PC emulator that was released in 2018. Tencent Gaming Buddy is the name, and it provides exactly the same experience as the mobile version, except with a mouse and keyboard.
Tencent gaming buddy PUBG mobile customize controls AA
Sure, you can just play the original PC version of PUBG at that point, but the emulator has several advantages.
First of all, it’s free. Despite the success of Fortnite’s free-to-play model, PUBG is still a paid game. The emulator runs PUBG Mobile, which has always been free.
Since it’s the same game, cross-platform play is enabled by default. You can play with your smartphone-wielding buddies, but be aware that the entire party will be matched against other emulator players. This puts mobile users at a significant disadvantage.
The last thing that Tencent Gaming Buddy has over PUBG is accessibility. The PUBG Mobile emulator runs on much less powerful machines than Bluehole’s notoriously poorly optimized game. Give it a try if you want to get a new perspective on your favorite battle royale titan.
